Pork Marinade

1 cup white wine
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup MM olive oil
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup marijuana shake
2 cloves fresh garlic chopped
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon each black pepper and sea salt
Combine all ingredients and blend well, refrigerate.
Marinate pork at least 3 hours before grilling.

Lamb Marinade

1 cup red wine
1/2 cup MM olive oil
2 oz lemon juice
1 medium onion finely chopped
2 cloves fresh garlic crushed and chopped
1/2 cup marijuana shake
2 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon crushed rosemary
Marinate leg of lamp or chops at least 2 hours before grilling.  I love to marinate my lamb, then
smother in Dijon mustard, and roll and press in bread crumbs to make a nice coating, that will help keep the juices in.

Coming soon, I will share some of my grillin’ & chillin’ fav’s to enjoy!  Then we can do some on the sweeter side of life, like maybe some MM Cinnamon Pecan Pie?  Got my mouth waterin’ already just thinking about a piece!

Keep it phat!
