Busy weekend planned? I’ve already been to the dump, fed the neighbor’s cat, watched a duck, talked with a mule, and will work on getting a picture of the hummingbirds posted. I love the shots I got yesterday and can’t wait to share!
I spent an hour and half yesterday sitting on the front porch waiting to get a pic of the hummin’birds at my new bird feeder. And, I got a couple good ones, I think coming soon! (The cats have chewed through my camera to computer plug-in cord) So I can’t do them yet!
Now, on to the good stuff Cooking with Cannabis!!
Medical Marijuana ‘Rad88’ Fish Marinade
Mix all and blend well:
2 oz marijuana olive oil
1 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 clove garlic crushed
2 Tablespoons fine chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh marijuana leaves
1 teaspoon oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
(For something on the spicy side, try adding Fat Larry’s Powdered Fire* to marinade and be sure add a dash of Lime Juice).
Dip fish steaks or fillets, in marinade and let soak 15-20 minutes, turning over from time to time. Then grill, while basting with the used marinade. Cook until fish fillet or steaks are firm to the touch.
Fish cooks quicker than other meats, so beware not to overcook! I will sometimes reduce the leftover marinade in a sauce pan by half, then add ‘bud’der while shaking pan from side to side to make a smooth sauce to ‘float da fish’ !!Jst don’t forget to adjust your seasoning a bit as the sauce will kick up the flavor. A fresh marijuana leaf placed on top of fish is always a nice touch, with a slice of lemon, or lemon crown for garnish.
