Ganja Mayonnaise


1-Cup soybean oil (or olive oil)
½-Ounce ganja shake
2-3 large egg yolks
1-Teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1-Teaspoon white vinegar
½- Teaspoon Dijon mustard
One Pinch sea salt


Wisk together thoroughly: egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, vinegar and mustard. Very slowly add oil (a few drops at a time) while constantly whisking. The mayonnaise will start to thicken. It will then start to form ribbons.

If it gets too thick, add a few drops of water.
If the mixture breaks, it can be repaired by whisking in more beaten egg yolks.
Cover and chill. Good for 4-5 days.
