Preheat oven to 300 degrees
I) 1/2 cup green ‘Bud’der
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup marijuana flour
1/4 cup ground pistachio nuts
1/3 cup SPLENDA
II) 1/2 pkg Neufchatel cheese
1/2 cup SPLENDA
1/2 pkg Pistachio Pudding & Pie Filling
1/3 cup milk
III) 1/3 cup coarsely chopped Pistachio nuts
Cream together ingredients from Step I. Press dough evenly into a 9″x 9″ un-greased cake pan, and bake in oven for 20 minutes. Let cool, then continue.
Cream together ingredients from Step II. Spread evenly on top of cooled down cookie.
Sprinkle chopped Pistachio’s from Step III on top, and lightly press into mixture.
Chill, cut into 8 equal pieces. Store in airtight container, and keep chilled.
These are very delicate and a great ‘tea time’ treat that melts in your mouth. I cut each piece in half, and go from there. Very potent, yet dainty… the pistachio flavor blends well with the green ‘Bud’der flavor very easy to eat too much, thus overdose so Beware!
