In early 2000 he learned how to inject Botox for reduction of fine lines in the forehead, frown and crow’s feet and Anti-Aging medicine evolved into his Alternative Health Clinic. Since 2005 Dr. Sterner has integrated the principles of Sally Fallon, the author of Nourishing Traditions and the co-founder of the Dr. Weston A Price Foundation into his Anti-Aging practice. This is a non-profit foundation committed to "restoring nutrient-dense foods to the American diet through education, research and activism". Dr. Sterner attributes his success to a method of critical thinking called the Trivium Method which he recommends his patients learn in collaboration with the community at Tragedy and Hope .
